Founded in January of 2010 by our sister organization the National Association of Mortgage Processors® (NAMP®), the National Association of Mortgage Underwriters® (NAMU®) is a "for-profit" membership organization specifically designed to represent the interests of both in-house mortgage loan underwriters as well as contract underwriters. Known throughout the mortgage underwriting industry as the voice of today's mortgage underwriter, NAMU® has quickly grown to be the largest online community for mortgage underwriters in the world.
