Fannie And Freddie Set To Make Mortgaging Easier

Representations and warranties for existing but underutilized Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines came online Monday that will make it easier to get a mortgage to buy a home. The mortgage giants have a minimum credit score floor of 620 but most lenders have been reluctant to incorporate that standard in underwriting guidelines.
