FHA proposes more affordable units

If the Fairfield Housing Authority (FHA) manages to convince the Town Planning and Zoning Commission (TPZ) to permit the FHA to renovate its apartment complex at 15 Pine Tree Lane, Fairfield may break ground on 12 new affordable housing units by the second half of 2015. At the regular meeting of the Fairfield Affordable Housing Committee (AHC) last week, Carol Martin, Executive Director of the FHA, presented the Committee with architectural drawings and cost estimates of the proposed renovation.
